Privacy Policy
The Alpine Motor Inn is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your information. Any information
collected from you is for the sole purpose of contacting you in response to your inquiries or to process a
reservation for you. We do not share or sell your private confidential information to anyone.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in is from 3pm. Earlier check-in can be considered upon request. Check-out is at 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations not cancelled 48 hours before scheduled arrival time (3 pm) will be charged one night's
accommodation. "No Shows" will also be charged one night's accommodation. Please note that we
strictly practice these cancellation policies. If you are running late, we would appreciate a
call. For more than one night's accommodation, the room will not be held after the first night
for "No Shows" unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Lobster Policy
Lobster is everything that they say it is - "Ambrosia from the Gods". However, when lobster is consumed in your
hotel room, its very strong scent can linger for days afterwards. This makes it impossible for us to book the room
to the next guest, on the next day. We, therefore, ask for our guests to NOT consume lobster in the room(s). A charge
of $ 200.00 will be applied to your credit card to offset the loss of rental and to allow for thorough sanitization
of the room. You can ask our friendly staff about ways to enjoy your lobster without incurring extra costs.
Smoking Policy
Our rooms have been designated as non-smoking/vaping areas.
Pet Policy (dogs only)
Dogs are welcome at the Alpine Motor Inn. Due to cat allergy health concerns raised by our clients, Alpine Motor Inn cannot accept cats or other pet companions. As we want to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for you and your fellow
guests, please observe the following guidelines regarding dogs:

Please tell us you're bringing your dog when you reserve your room,
as a surcharge of $ 15 / night will apply ($60. max). |

Any damages to the room caused by your dog will be added to your credit card. |

Please keep your dog on a leash in public areas at all times and note that in
certain areas, such as the Alpine Motor Inn Gift Shop, your dog will not be admitted. |

Dogs should not be left unattended in your room. |

Should your dog have any accidents on the premises, please clean up after him or
her promptly or ask for assistance to do so. |

Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be out of
the room with your dog, so that our housekeeping team can service your room. |

Please note that our policies can change from time to time. The Alpine Motor Inn reserves the right to
modify, change, add or remove a policy at any time, without prior notice. Any change to a policy
will be found on this page.
